查表及定制帶輪須知：
一、本公司生產(chǎn)的帶輪既為國(guó)產(chǎn)設(shè)備的同步帶配備，又能代替進(jìn)口帶輪使用；
二、各種規(guī)定型號(hào)的同步帶選用帶輪齒面度須符合表規(guī)定要求；
三、用戶定制同步帶輪，請(qǐng)?zhí)峁л唸D紙（圖中齒形按國(guó)標(biāo)執(zhí)行，可不必繪制，特殊齒形除外），本公司也可按用戶提供的規(guī)格型號(hào)、帶輪內(nèi)孔、鍵槽、寬度等尺寸為用戶繪制帶輪圖紙，也可為用戶提供測(cè)繪帶輪等服務(wù)；
四、帶輪的外徑公差、端面跳動(dòng)量、徑向跳動(dòng)量符合規(guī)定；
五、帶輪的外徑、擋邊尺寸按附表規(guī)定選用也可根據(jù)用戶要求制作；
六、附表中沒(méi)有列出的帶輪規(guī)格，本公司也可生產(chǎn)；
七、制造帶輪用材質(zhì)以碳素鋼、鑄件為主，如需要也可用鋁合金、銅、不銹鋼、尼龍等材料加工，建軍議帶輪外徑大于200mmt采用鑄鐵生產(chǎn)；具體可按實(shí)際需要定制。
NOTE WHEN CHECKING FORM AND ORDER PULLEY；
① Belt and pulley of our company can be attachment or replacement of imported belt and pulley
② please supply drawing when you order.We can also draw for clients as their supplied specification
③ The tolerance of outside diameter,and bounce & wrap direction of pulley should conform to Form 1 Form 2 & F-orm 3
④ Width of different specification of timing belt and pulley must conform to form 4
⑤ Outside diameter of pullrys and size should be as form'ss regulation
⑥ We can also produce pulleys even sizes are not in the form
⑦ The material of pulley mainly composed of carbon steel, if possible, aluminum alloy nylon can also be employed;if external diameter is larger than 200mm,iron is used.
